A Message to Our Valued Customers:
In light of the rapidly changing environment due to COVID19 outbreak Pike Plumbing and Heating wanted to reach out to the community and the customers we service.
We are closely monitoring the CDC and WHO recommendations and direction regarding COVID19 and have put the right precautionary measures in place to ensure the safety of our employees and customers while servicing them. Our precautionary measures include:
We have guided all of our employees to stay home if they are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID19, have been in direct contact with a positive COVID19 case or in contact with an individual who has traveled to a high risk zone.
Our customer service staff will be asking clients if anyone in the home or business has been symptomatic (cough, fever, shortness of breath). At this time we will be limiting our contact with symphonic clients in an effort to reduce the possibility of spreading illness to others per CDC recommendations.
Limiting our physical contact with customers, (sorry no hand shaking) and keeping safe social distance.
Our technicians will be utilizing protective gear in all homes (gloves and booties) and implementing recommended hygiene practices, included regularly washing and disinfecting hands and wiping down tools and work spaces.
Limiting access to our office.
Pike Plumbing and Heating will continue to operate as scheduled and focus on ensuing we are available to meet our client and community needs for as long as possible. We will be closely monitoring the situation as it unfolds and adjusting our operating plan as needed.
